Robert P. Cathey

Mr. Robert Cathey is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of EES. Robert P. Cathey joined the Company in December of 2008 in the capacity of Vice President, Natural Gas Field Operations. Mr. Cathey was trained in the military, having graduated from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York, with a Bachelor of Science. After graduating, he served in the United States Army from June 2001 through April 2007, rising in rank from Second Lieutenant to Captain, holding positions ranging from Reconnaissance Platoon Leader to Battalion Assistant Operations Officer. Robert is a graduate of the US Army Ranger School and a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is the recipient of two Bronze Star Medals.
Barbara A Carabetta, CPA
Corporate Controller of Ecosphere Energy Services, LLC.
Ms. Barbara Carabetta is the Corporate Controller of EES. Ms. Carabetta joined the Company in August 2011 as its Controller. Barbara has been a senior financial manager for International Fortune 500 companies, including the $2 Billion American Households Inc., where she served as Assistant Corporate Controller. Barbara has extensive accounting experience in work-out situations and companies in transition. She has extensive knowledge related to complex accounting transactions, including accounting for acquisitions and divestures, disclosures and initial public offerings; due diligence support and implementation of new accounting pronouncements. Barbara also has wide-ranging experiences relating to evaluating and improving control environments; development of periodic financial reporting for management, stakeholders and boards, and budgeting and forecasting.
