Many water recycling processes use chemicals - chemicals that are costly and harmful to the environment. The Brisben Water Ozonix® Technology offers customers a chemical-free alternative to high-volume water recycling for a diverse range of applications ranging from the oil & gas industry and mining to agriculture, municipal wastewater treatment, and renewable energy. 

  • Ozonix™ is a Patented Advanced Oxidation Technology which uses Ozone, Hydrodynamic Cavitation, Acoustic Cavitation, and Electro-Oxidation to oxidize and destroy micro-organisms from contaminated water.

HOW DOES OZONIX™ WORK:

  • Brisben Water's patented Ozonix™ technology is an advanced oxidation process that increases the mass transfer efficiency of ozone to destroy bacteria, inhibit scale formation, and revitalize contaminated water for re-use.
  • Ozonix™ saturates the inflow of contaminated water with ozone using hydrodynamic cavitation, acoustic cavitation, and electro-chemistry.
  • Hydrodynamic cavitation and acoustic cavitation convert ozone into hydroxyl radicals (OH-) that decompose contaminates into millions of tiny cavitation bubbles.
  • In a controlled environment of chaotic oxidation, highly oxygenated bubbles implode, heating the water to over 900° Fahrenheit.
  • Submerged electrodes create a secondary oxidation process in which hydrogen and oxygen come together to increase the mass production of hydroxyl radicals (OH-) that oxidize all leftover organics. 
  • As water cycles through the Ozonix™ Reactor, bacteria cell walls are destroyed and contaminates are oxidized, returning clean water that is ready for re-use and future operations.
