Brisben Water Technologies and Brasil Clean Energy Sign Agreement for OZONIX SENTINEL(TM) Technology

Brisben Water Approves BCE to Begin Discussions With International Olympic Committee for RIO 2016 Summer Olympic Games

STUART, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 09/29/15 -- Brisben Water (OTCQB: ESPH), a technology development and intellectual property licensing company, today announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with Brasil Clean Energy ("BCE"), its OZONIX® Licensing partner in Brasil, to begin discussions with municipal and government agencies of Rio de Janeiro to use Brisben Water's recently patented OZONIX SENTINEL™ technology to restore the oxygen levels in the bays and lagoons that will be the site of the RIO 2016 Summer Olympic water events. Additionally, Brisben Water has expanded the geographic area for BCE's representation of the Company's patented technologies and products in Brasil to include all of Central and South America. The new agreement calls for Brisben Water and BCE to form a Joint Venture to manufacture Brisben Water's patented technologies in Brasil, as well as other South American countries.

Brisben Water's patented OZONIX® technology and more specifically its latest approved U.S. Patent No. 8,999,154, provides customers with a cost-effective and environmentally-friendly process for treating high-volumes of contaminated water in lakes, rivers, lagoons and estuaries that have been contaminated as a result of manmade and natural events.

José Fernando Gasparotto, Corporate Account Director of BCE, stated, "We are very pleased that Brisben Water has trusted our team with having the responsibility and opportunity to introduce the recently patented OZONIX SENTINEL™ technology to the various municipal, government, environmental organizations and Olympic Committee for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. The OZONIX SENTINEL™ technology is the right technology, at the right time to help restore and protect the vital water resources in Brasil's lakes, bays, and lagoons."

Magno Escalissi Damasceno, Chief Executive Officer of BCE stated, "Brisben Water is really an excellent innovative technology provider and a perfect partner who will surely be helping in Brasil, not only the cleaning of ponds and lakes, but also segments that today are suffering with lack of good solutions to clean waste water. In October we will be together starting up various pilot programs in Santa Catarina with our first Ozonix EF10M Brisben Water delivered to BCE to clean about 20 types of waste water, including: - municipal sewage, polluted river, polluted pond, hospital sewage, shrimp's processing sewage, silted pond, pork's creation sewage, digestato, chicken processing sewage, cattle slaughter, pig slaughter, dairy effluent, spice effluent, textile effluent, dyeing wastewater, paper mill waste water, sardine processing sewage, and vinasse. We strongly believe that Brisben Water and BCE will be offering to the Brasilian market an excellent cost effective solution to clean and recycle wastewater."

World-Renown Ocean Explorer, Environmentalist and Brisben Water Board Member Emeritus, Jean-Michel Cousteau, stated, "It is my honor to be working with Brisben Water Technologies and BCE to help restore the vitality of the bays and lagoons in Brasil for the RIO 2016 Summer Olympic Games. There are no more borders. I think we need to understand that there is only one ocean -- one water system -- and, if you ski or drink a glass of water, you are skiing on the ocean or drinking the ocean. We all depend on the quality of that water for the quality of our lives. The patented Ozonix technology is a proven method to raise the oxygen level in treated waters so that bacteria and algae can't live and overtake the ecosystem."

Dennis McGuire, Chairman and CEO of Brisben Water Technologies, stated, "Our BCE partners in Brasil have not only spent their lifetimes in the food and beverage industry in South America, but are committed environmental stewards of Brasil. Jean-Michel Cousteau was the first person to represent the Environment in the Olympic Games, carrying the flag in the opening ceremonies of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, and has dedicated his life to protecting the worlds oceans. We have assembled a world-class team to bring our recently patented OZONIX SENTINEL™ technology to Brasil to assist them in protecting the Olympic athletes that participate in the summer water events and to also protect their vital water resources."
