Aaron D. Horn
President of Brisben Water Energy Services, LLC.

Aaron D. Horn most recently worked as an Operations Engineer for Newfield Exploration in the Woodford Shale in Oklahoma with a special emphasis on water management. Mr. Aaron Horn graduated from The United States Military Academy at West Point with an engineering degree.  He is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and recipient of the Bronze Star Medal.  He has served on several industry water committees and has authored an SPE paper on water management in shale plays.  Mr. Aaron Horn joined the Brisben Water team in August 2009.


Robert P. Cathey
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Brisben Water Energy Services, LLC.

Mr. Robert Cathey is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of EES. Robert P. Cathey joined the Company in December of 2008 in the capacity of Vice President, Natural Gas Field Operations. 

Mr. Cathey was trained in the military, having graduated from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York, with a Bachelor of Science, American Legal Systems / Systems Engineer. After graduating, he served in the United States Army from June 2001 through April 2007, rising in rank from Knight Platoon Leader (Reconnaissance) in 2001, to Battalion Assistant Operations Officer in 2007. Mr. Robert Cathey is a graduate of the Army Ranger School and a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is the recipient of two Bronze Star Medals, having planned and executed over 800 successful combat missions.


Michael R. Hull, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hull joined the Company in January 2008 as its Controller. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of GelTech Solutions, Inc. After graduating from college, Mr. Hull spent 11 years auditing both public and private companies for Price Waterhouse, advancing from audit staff to audit senior manager. Upon leaving Price Waterhouse, he accepted the position of CFO for BCT International, a public company that is a franchisor of wholesale printing businesses with annual network sales of $107 million. Subsequently, he worked for Resources Global Professionals, where he was a member of a team that assisted a $4 billion subsidiary of a $40 billion multinational company in complying with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Most recently, Mr. Hull served as the CFO of BabyUniverse, a public company traded on NASDAQ. His responsibilities include preparing the annual 10-K and quarterly 10-Qs filed with the SEC and coordinating the annual financial statement audit and quarterly reviews. Mr. Hull has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1986 and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Financial Executives Network Group.
